Service and Maintenance systems Engineer - London and the South East

Role Description

The engineer will have demonstrable previous experience, technical skills and knowledge of servicing, maintenance and completion of small installs of all security systems. You will attend sites to undertake the service and maintenance of security systems, carrying out necessary fault finding and rectifying, ensuring that all paperwork is carried out accurately, promptly and to standard. 

Experience

  • Good IT skills

  • Completed and passed out from an Industry Apprenticeship/Traineeship or have relevant security experience.

  • Passed ECS Health and Safety Assessment

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience working within the security industry.

  • Relevant security industry product and manufacture training qualifications/courses.

  • Adhere to the companies Quality Safety Health and Environment requirements.

  • Knowledge of current NSI regulations.

  • Possess a full UK driving licence.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of working with the following equipment, although training will be given.

  • CCURE - ACS

  • Gallagher – ACS

  • CEM - ACS

  • FLIR – CCTV

  • Avigilon - CCTV

  • SALTO – CCTV

  • Texecom – IAS

  • Galaxy – IAS

  • Zenitel – Entryphone System

  • Commend – Entryphone System

Salary

£35k to £40k, dependent on experience + overtime + on call

25 days A/L increasing to 28 days @ 10 years’ service
